1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as received
  • Products must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and hardware
  • Include your original order confirmation, receipt, or packing slip

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure proper processing, all returns must follow these steps:

Step 1 – Contact Our Support Team

Email us at sales@dlrgolfcarts.com to request a return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Step 2 – Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Note: Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted.

Step 3 – Package the Item Securely

  • Use the original packaging whenever possible
  • Include all accessories, keys, chargers, manuals, and components

Step 4 – Clearly Mark the RA Number

Write your RA number on the outside of the package to ensure timely processing.

Step 5 – Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt
  • We will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied based on product condition
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days

Please note that bank processing times may vary.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded due to safety, quality, or manufacturer restrictions:

  • Opened, used, or modified vehicles or parts
  • Installed electrical components
  • Special order items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will promptly resolve the issue through replacement parts, repair, or exchange, depending on the situation.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted
  • Products showing use, wear, alteration, neglect, or improper handling may be denied or subject to a restocking fee
  • Shipping fees, delivery charges, and optional services (insurance, assembly, expedited shipping) are non-refundable
  • For vehicles, once fuel has been added or the battery activated, the unit is considered used and may no longer qualify for a return
