Cancellation Policy

At DLR Golf Carts, we are committed to providing a transparent and dependable purchasing experience. We understand that plans may change, which is why we have established the following cancellation guidelines to ensure fairness and efficiency for every order.

Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request an order cancellation and receive a full refund within 12 hours of placing an order.

To qualify for a full refund, the cancellation request must be submitted within the 12-hour grace period after the order is confirmed.

After this timeframe, orders may have already entered processing, preparation, or shipping coordination and can no longer be canceled.

Once an order has entered processing, modifications or cancellations are not permitted, except for limited shipping address updates (if the order has not yet shipped).

Shipping Address Modifications

If your order is already being processed, we may still assist with updating or correcting your shipping address, provided the order has not yet been shipped or assigned to a carrier.

To request an address change, please contact our support team as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Orders That Have Shipped

Once an order has been shipped or assigned to a carrier, it cannot be canceled.

If you wish to return a delivered product, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further instructions.
